Like our Charleston project, we saw a need for high-quality, Class A multi-tenant industrial space in the growing Greenville/Spartanburg market. We set out to meet that need by developing Greenville/Spartanburg’s first Class A multi-tenant industrial building, designed specifically for users with lower square footage requirements but still offering amenities typically only available to larger tenants.
