Atlas Commerce Center

We introduced Atlas Commerce Center as a first-of-its-kind speculative industrial building in the growing Charleston market. At the time of construction between 2015 and 2017, no developer had built a Class A multi-tenant building to cater to the growing number of Boeing and Mercedes suppliers that needed a presence in Charleston, but did not need large spaces (i.e. over 50,000 SF).

After starting construction without a tenant lined up, Atlas quickly secured long-term deals with international clients. The buildings were 100% leased before construction was complete. The buildings have not had a vacancy since.

The concept behind Atlas Commerce Center was so successful that other developers have since followed suit, replicating the model in their own projects.

We are proud to have been the pioneers of this innovative industrial development in Charleston and are happy to see it being emulated by others.
